Titanic Hydra Problems

i was wondering if any champs that become op with titanic hydra will be nerfed abit.I was asking this cause i didnt see how its fair that a champ like warwick can have 3.8k hp and still deal high amounts of damage i thought the game was suppose to be balanced not give champs like him a basically almost unkillable status
