Now I think I know why they call bronze elo hell..maybe a suggestion?
Hey guys, so i've played league for maybe a few years and just this year, I worked up the courage for ranked. last season I ended up in silver V, and this season I landed in bronze V. I've been playing and I have to say getting lp just to promote is pretty hard, but after some time I was finally able to get to promos and win! being promoted to bronze 4 didn't feel all that rewarding for the amount of effort put in to get there, but I was finally making some progress, plus learned that i play a pretty good Varus. today though I had got on to play some ranked as varus since he carried me out bronze V and I had a really rough game, and I lost. and to my surprise when I get to the stats screen, I'm greeted with a message that says I have been demoted back down to bronze V...I was honestly surprised that it happened so easily, plus a little upset at the fact at how much effort I put in already to get out of bronze V and it just throws me back in so easily. My spirit for ever getting out of bronze has been lowered dramatically and now feels a bit pointless. You cant always win every game, and you wont always do as great, there is always someone that can be better then you, and you get punished for it. My suggestion to riot though Is to put in demotion matches. I had to win 2 out of 3 to get promoted, maybe make it to where i have to win 2 out of 3 to stay in my division, and if i don't demote me. I feel like its something that shouldn't just...happen. Idk what do you guys think? please no rude comments.
