Item Set Bug

This a bug that basically removes the ability to view your item sets in game. I made a BUNCH of item sets a while back when i had my first computer, and it was after getting a new one in February that I had to deal with this. I have waited many months hoping that this might be resolved, but alas it is not to be. There is a way to fix this, but it is extremely tedious, especially when you have a large number of sets. If I am a fool and there is a simple way to fix this, I would very much appreciate the help. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping that the subject will get attention and Riot could do something about it.

From the sound of it: you had item sets on your old computer, but they didn't transfer to your new one, right?

That's not a bug. That's the intended functionality. Item sets are not stored server-side, they are stored locally. So, no, I wouldn't expect them to move over to a new computer unless you manually move the files yourself.
