chat bar in spectator mode

is it just me who is bothered by the chat bar being blocked by the target frame in spectator mode? It wouldn't bother me so much if i could move my chat bar and not have it out of place when i start playing a game, or if the target frame could be moveable. just thought i would check if it bothered anybody else out there
