chat bar in spectator mode

is it just me who is bothered by the chat bar being blocked by the target frame in spectator mode? It wouldn't bother me so much if i could move my chat bar and not have it out of place when i start playing a game, or if the target frame could be moveable. just thought i would check if it bothered anybody else out there

Press enter, you can move the chat box.

like i said though, you it will be out of place when you play a game. I know you can move it back, but it just looks off.

there is the option to turn off the target frame as well, but you miss out on a lot of information when you do that
