Boards Need Categorized Suggestion Boxes

I would love to see suggestion boxes on the Boards. It would help if they had sub-categories to prevent a random collection of miscellany. For instance, "please nerf ____" could be its own category :P To get the ball rolling, I'd like to see if anyone thinks a 1 v 1 game mode would be fun and provide good practice on various champs. If you do, how would it be best set up to ensure fairness?
