URF and the rest of the mods as a weekly roll

So.. We all want URF to be back in this game right? Tell me a proper reason why Riot doesn't make it as a separate mod?

How about them making all of the mods they have launched in the past as a_** weekly changing mod**_ same as the champions does?

Do we really have to riot in front of the Riot's HQ? <-- (did you get it? We riot the actual RIOT? OK..you didn't get it..its fine)
