Thank you Riot for such great customer experience.

I have had problems with another gaming company recently, who shall not be named. I have truly realized how great support from riot is and how nice they really are. The ability to get help from an actual person who you can email back to is phenomenal, instead of a stupid noreply email that I cannot question or ask for further explanation about anything. Riot, in my opinion, has one of the best support systems in place and I hope it will always be like this.
