The que time was decent and wasnt too much of a hassle to wait for. But now you take out the factor of us getting one of our selected roles and now we are stuck doing something we possible arent capable of.

Riot made the role selection autofill. So even though you have 2 lanes as a recommended for what you would prefer it automatically makes you fill positions that need filled. So you may not get one of the two positions you qued for.

that thing that's been in the game for months now? If you played old ranked there was always a massive chance that you would be forced into a role you never played, it's no different.

No, it was recently implemented into the game. You used to be guaranteed one of two selected roles now its a gamble for which role you receive. And thats why they changed the que system because of the upset form receiving unwanted roles.

Here's a solution: Be ready to play any role. Just have a pocket pick in case you get that role, not really a big deal. Not big enough to really complain about. It's not Riot's fault if you can't play a role man, it's part of the game so learn it. If i do normals I just do blind pick anyway since draft pick takes so long to get in the game.

No duh, but I along with most people would prefer 10 fold to wait 20 minutes for 1 game if it ensured I got my primary role vs using that 20 minutes to instead lose a game because I am off my comfort and our person that got my role feeds.
