Does riot employees still play with you for your 1000th win?

when i first started playing in season 2 it was a thing. But i havent been following the boards since about season 3. im just curious if i post on here requesting a rioter to play with me for my 1000th win if they would. has anyone heard of them doing this in recent years? much respect and regards!
