So im an alittle confused. Why does build ap but when you click on the turrets they say they have ad?

Heimer literally takes no skill to use. You just place your turrets to push the lane. And once your enemy is at their turret, you place the turret under their turret and if they try to attack it, it'll just shoot them and kill them. Heimer may be squishy but his turrets are too strong to get to him unless you're super tanky.
