I don't have my riot points and it's been around two weeks.

Why do I not have my riot points? Has there some difficulties as of late? I got one message about them acknowledging my absence of them but that was about six days ago. I would really like them soon due to the obvious fact that I wanna play some new champions.

Hi Arceilos,

If you post on the Help & Support board I think one of the Rioters there may be able to look into it for you. Provide your ticket number for them to look up.

You said you got a message from them, I figured you meant you submitted a Support Ticket to talk to them. If you didn't submit a ticket you should do that.

I didn't submit anything, I guess they just knew. I used PayPal and it said the money went through.

I suggest you submit a ticket, it can be done in the support tab at the top of the page, or via Nami's link.
