Why do I not have my riot points? Has there some difficulties as of late? I got one message about them acknowledging my absence of them but that was about six days ago. I would really like them soon due to the obvious fact that I wanna play some new champions.

If you post on the Help & Support board I think one of the Rioters there may be able to look into it for you. Provide your ticket number for them to look up.
