and how many wins do u think sum1 shud have for it 2 matter i know that if u have 100% win on champion but only 1 game, it not tht gud. at wat point duz a 66 % win rate w/ a champion mean sumthing.

Good is anywhere above 50% winrate.
I'd say 25ish games? I don't really know. Winning 17/25 or so matches with a champion in PvP is pretty good, but maybe the meta just favors that champion.
If you REALLY want to be sure, it would be probably closer to 40 or 50, through meta changes and item changes if you really want to see if you're good with a champion.
You need to be able to win 75% of your games to "climb" in ranked.
