"Unable to retrieve discussion"

When I try to access the PBE forums or a few other forum areas, I get a "Unable to retrieve discussion" error in the top left of my browser and the rest of the screen is white. Can anyone tell me what is happening?

Same thing is happening to me, cleared cache and cookies and it let me see the login again but when i tried to login it would happen again

I'm having this same error. I was just accepted to join PBE within the hour, and encountered the bug when I had to log in to upvote a bug. Clearing the cookies alone lets me see the board, but whenever I log in, I get the error again. I wonder if Riot knows the cause?
