East Coast NA Servers Update Please?

When are us East Coast NA players going to get our "centralized servers" that were promised over a year ago in the linked post? I'm willing to wait patiently, but I live in Florida and HATE having to stay stuck at a 95ms ping on Xfinity (which gives me a 126 download and 26 upload speed, mind you) all because I have to connect to a server across the country in LA. Kinda making me feel like Amumu Rito, not gonna lie. =(

TL;DR I just want an update, if possible, on any plans to give us East Coasters a more centralized server.

I recently started playing on LAN servers because it offers me much better ping. An update would be nice so I can know if I should just wait for it, or continue to play on LAN servers.
