I have reason to believe that a Riot employee is abusing the Tribunal system

Hello. Here is the story in a nut shell. I just played a ranked solo queue. I was second or third in pick order and called adc. There were no objections in chat as my team was wanting to experiment with a global pressure team comp (shen with tp top, kass with tp mid, and me as tf bot adc). The player that was last pick instalock ashe. Never said a word as I reminded him multiple times after i locked in that I was adc and we needed a support.

So I am totally TROLLED. This ashe player never said a word even after I asked him not to take my cs as tf is useless without it. Ignored. This player took all cs or most of it, and when anything was being engaged on, this player would always just run back to tower and sit there. not moving. not helping. nothing.

Again... TROLLED. It is at this point the tilt begins. At the end of the match our jgler leesin and mid kassidin were VERY verbally abusive towards me and expected me to be a doublelift with 22 cs. They knew I was trolled. Even the enemy team agreed to report the Ashe player. Needless to say I was reported for going on tilt.

BUT! Within 45-60 SECONDS after I left the lobby I was SUSPENDED for 14days. I checked my email and found out that not only did my (and ONLY my) chat messages in game make it to the tribunal, BUT the case had ALREADY been processed and I received a suspension. IN 45 SECONDS! This leads me to believe that one of the player on my team (im assuming the ashe player or the leesin player) is actually a Riot employee or someone that has access to the Tribunal's admin rights to finalize a case. I can and will provide the names of the players in this game. Thought no players had "Riot" in fron of their names, I would not doubt it that it was on a smurf account or an unnamed Riot account. I find this absolutely ridiculous that I receive a suspension in this manner as this is the FIRST suspension that my account has ever received to my knowledge and for something as uncontrollable as me getting trolled then blamed for the inevitable loss.

Riot has my email so if you would like a list of names (which im sure you can get easily as it was my last game) then feel free to drop me an email. Thank you for your time

The Tribunal is entirely down right now. Reports are verified and punishments handled by an automatic system. It is specifically designed to work that fast. You can find information about punishments and the reform system on the LoL support pages.

This is the newish instant punishment system. The tribunal is down(although im curious about the emails they send out refering to the the tribunal, do they just call all the punishment systems? and the player voting part that we call the tribunal is really just a misgnomer?). If you get reported enough in a single game it will trigger an automated scan of your chat and if its deemed punishable punishments will be handed out immediately(within 15 minutes, usually closer to instant it seems like).

Well even if I was a little excessive with my "tilt" I should NOT receive a suspension. Maybe x amount of games without being able to talk. My brother has a rage problem and he has received 100 games chat restrictions before. This would be more appropriate then a suspension on a game and outcome I genuinely had zero control of due to being trolled. And an instant ban system is absurd as people can group together to just ban player after player... i.e. teambuilder party of 4 set to ban someone. I am requesting that Riot look into this and make reasonable decision.

No conspiracy, they have automated systems that hand out bans very quickly when you go over the line.

From what I've seen of people whining about it on the forums, they send you only your chat, and only from the "straw that broke the camel's back" game. That does not mean that you were banned solely on the basis of that one game, or that there were no other recent games where you behaved badly.

If you want more information about your ban you'll need to open a ticket with Support (which it sounds like you already did based on some of the other replies here) and be patient.
