It is one month until April 1st.

they have more than enough time to get it out in time for April, im just wondering what they changed! i cannot wait to see how the newer champions play in Urf, the only downside is people will more than likely be like the last time and only want to play certain champions and report anyone against that! thats the only downside i disliked about URF, its suppose to be some joke match and play champions you wanna play, and people will spam report just because you arent playing the same op champs every single game!
