Black holes and stars

ok.. so i was wandering, and this is unrealated to league so ya, what would happen if you take a giant cannon, put a huuuuge star into it, and fire it at a black hole 10x smaller than it. would it eat the black hole? say there was such a cannon.

I believe the answer would be no. The size of the black hole is not as important as mass it contains. The centre of a black hole is known as singularity, because the mass at that point is considered infinite. I'd assume that nothing and no star can eat something with infinite mass :P.
