Will UnderWorld Twisted Fate be coming back this year?

Just a question, will the Halloween legacy skins return this year?

I know that it is currently November 3 right now. But I have purchased Twisted Fate in the past around January 2015 and I have grown strongly with this mid lane champion over these past several months. I was wondering if the Underworld Twisted Fate Skin will be coming back? As same to the other Halloween legacy skins. I've been wanting the Underworld Twisted Fate skin for about 3-4 months now. I'm just hoping it will be here.
