Sometimes sure its right but then you get those I only play this role people who blow at the game but learned how to do one thing slightly better than others after all that time spent on it. For example I get a diamond 3 only support player who tries to play toplane. What does he do? feeds a plat 4 player and basically plays like a gold player and is just useless all game as gangplank. Then you go to his match history and his ranked stats and see two support champs with high win rates the rest negative or even win rates. So the game is basically lying when it says hes diamond 3 because in reality he is not he is a diamond 3 support level player that is gold in reality. Why do you think people make fun of annie bot who is challenger? because hes terrible at the game and only made because he spammed one champion a billion times and learned how to play that one thing proficient enough to beat all the players who dont really care about the game and cant figure out how to win vs an easy burst mage. People who spam one champion only SHOULD be challenger because they should be so proficient with the champ over thousands of games where most people only see the champion lets say hundreds of times compared to the thousands. If you are playing ranked you shouldnt want to be a one trick pony or only one role player because you wont be good you will just know how to do one thing. Sure some of the challengers and masters that play one thing are actually good players and can adapt and play other stuff but most of the time its not north american playesr doing that its more korean/chinese.

tldr: one role or one champ doesn't make up your knowledge or skill level/rank just because you are in a rank by playing only one thing or one role doesn't mean you belong there probably just means you know how to do one thing better than others basically cheesing
