I wonder if he reads through the constructive parts of Yasuo discussion posts or has any thoughts on maybe reworking parts of Yasuo's passives (4 that i count, 3 that could scale attached to ability rank, 2 that do scale).

I'm seriously confused about how you got 4 passives. There is his shield and his crit passive. They took away the passive windwall had with bonus flow on dash. He E gains more damage when you use it in succession, but I don't think that's a passive, so to say. His Q generating stacks towards the knockup isn't really a passive either. The only thing that kinda seems like a passive is the bonus armor pen on his ult, but that's more of a buff.
