Take this into consideration before you make assumptions.
Before you flame at a teammate for not using their ult, please consider that it could be on cooldown before you make any stupid assumptions.

Every teammate has an ult indicator next to their player picture on the side of your screen if that little orb is Green, they have ulti, if it's black, ulti is on cooldown. :D
Or out of mana, out of range...
The green bubble in the teammate icons in the top left of the screen indicate when a teammate has their ult off cooldown. Some players don't know this.
The sad thing is that despite the fact we do have an indicator a lot of people dont pay attention to it!
