Punished for Playing a Poke Support

Ever have that scenario when:

  • you pick a poke champion for bot lane, or
  • you poke the enemy to the point where U can zone them...

but then one of these things happen;

  • your adc pushes lane to tower where the enemy can safely last-hit, but it's an inappropriate time to recall
  • the lane is pushed to tower and the enemy jungler and/or mid lane gank the lane
  • your adc and/or other teammates get greedy and suicide under their tower, trying to get a kill (happens way more when the enemy is on purple side

Ya know, stuff that turns an adv lane into some stalemate, or even worse, the enemy ends up getting free kills and snowballing.

Cause like...it kinda sucks.

That is exactly the reason why I stopped playing support. you make a good play or two, get enemies down and then ADC shoves the wave and/or suicides by overextending.

Now, I generally just ping the idiot thrice and start roaming if I ever play support and I see my ADC having no clue about wave control. I keep two last pings to inform the idiot that he's about to be 1v2ed (cause a lot of them completely ignore the fact that they're about to 1v2 anyway). This at least stops suicides and possibly gets some advantages midlane.
