Personally think ip should be used to gift things. now at first that may sound stupid but hear me out. my main account is full of champs, runes, and anything else ip wise, would really be helpful if I could gift myself other champs or even runes using ip. even a couple friends who don't have what they need rune wise. mean while my main acc is setting with 82000 ip with nothing to do with it, so why not come up with an ip gifting system, maybe make things cost a little more to balance things out, double the price of gifted runes and jack up the price of champs by 25-40% to gift them. just an idea
