Summoner's Rift still in Beta?

In the post-game screen, the top-left corner still says Summoner's Rift (Beta). Is it really still in beta mode? If so, is there any estimate for when it will be finished?

Of course it's still in beta. Just look at those 2.5D graphics. I'm sure the real map with actual 3D objects and dynamic lighting at least like in Dota 2 (which was released in 2011 and runs on potatos) is on the way.

I don't know it has changed quite a bit since release but I imagine there are some bugs?
