Talon - skin
It's been years since he's received a skin (a rioter stated that ssw wasnt counted in the skin cycle) and lets be honest, most of his skins suck cuz they dont even change his animations so are you guys working on one currently?

They never tell you if they are working on a skin
I think I recall Rito mentioning not too long ago they hope on doing a skin with particles with him sometime. (Not sure where I Read this; maybe reddit or twitter or the boards but some Rioter mentioned there was room for some cool particle effects with Talon if he were to get a new skin.) Cross your fingers for a nice Talon skin in the future. :) Have no idea if they are working on one or not but they seem to plan on it eventually. Perhaps when an idea springs up.
