Mystery Gifting
Am I able to get Victorious skins from Mystery Gifts? I've been wanting Victorious Janna for years, I'd pay any amount of RP for it. So if I, and my friends, just spammed my account with mystery gifts, would I eventually get it?

Don't believe the Victorious gifts are in scope for gifting.

A skin for any Champion that your friend owns is eligible for Mystery Gifting, as long as it's worth at least 520 RP and is available in the store (Ward skins are NOT eligible for Mystery Gifts). This includes Legendary and even Ultimate skins! Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven, Riot Kayle, and Riot Squad Singed.
