IP for gifting

What's up everyone! So I've been thinking, maybe Riot could implement IP for gifting purchases. Sometimes people don't have the funds to buy champions or other gifts for someone but many could have IP for gifts instead. They could always inflate the price a bit so people can't just sugar daddy new accounts with champs and runes. But anyway thoughts?

then smurfs wouldnt need to get ip on that account :P or scripters

i say they can atleast try to implenet the ip in this event were having

It'd be cool for people who own all champions and have no more use for IP, but it would be a loss of money for Riot; Therefore, it'd never happen.
