Personal Notes for Items?

I'm afraid I didn't find a suggestion-based section of the website so I suppose I shall simply put it here.
I'm only level 15 but I've noticed that the information on the items is a lot to take in for someone like myself. I have a difficult time remembering which items are useful in which situations regardless of the fantastic organization options available in the item set creation.
So I figured, why not add the option to add personal notes to the items similar to the option in the friends list? It would allow easier organization and understanding of the items in the summoner shop and from my very small understanding of game creation, I don't believe that it would be a very difficult update to create (though I could be very wrong on that).

I get where you're coming from, but you will memorize them all very, very quickly. Especially the ones you are going to buy commonly.

Use websites like LoLKing.net, where you can navigate to the "Items" tab, and look at very good item tooltips while out of game so you can plan ahead.
