200 years bans are usually permabans.

Have you checked the meail address you used to create the account tosee if you had a card?
Have you contacted player support?
Have you ever been in tribunal?

One of you care to get off your butts and get the info out before we have 300 forum posts or have you abandoned the entire forum completely for this POS you actually reply to.

I fully expect this to blow up on reddit's forums before a single Rioter looks into this. And when that happens we will be informed that Riot doesn't care about us on the forums anymore.

OP is mentioning the bans being handed out for some sort of RP exploit with mobile payments that seems to have happened recently. Not a tribunal related thing just to clarify.
