guess what i am legally prescribed by a real doctor to use cannabis under prop 215 here in california. the talking and use, the mentioning i did of marijuana is also pretty damn legal now in the state of california and in many more. yeah... people can have Marijuana as their name but you cant say it.... interesting.

CA is still in the United States, right? And it's illegal there. And federal law takes precedence over state law, according to the Constitution. So it's not legal in CA. It's just less illegal than in other states that explicitly prohibit it. FYI.

Otherwise states would just make laws like "you don't have to pay federal income tax" in order to get people to move to them.

Really? As a parent I would not want my kid exposed to Marijuana. I do not have a problem with people who use it and personally believe it should be legal for recreational use under the same kind of provisions as alcohol. However as this game is for more then just the 21+ age group i personally believe that limiting exposure to drugs alcohol(even graves cigar) is not only understandable but required.

Also just because your state legalized it doesn't mean it is legal. You can face federal charges. While they don't in general prosecute in states where it is legal(especially under President Obama) if you were to take it into a federal building you would face charges.
