Hacked account got Permanent Banned.

This P Kai account on NA got banned for 14 days when I was trolling with my friends on a normal game and talking crap in team chat. It's what we do when we're playing together. So 3 of us got banned around December 25, 2015 and Got it back January 8, 2016. When I tried to log in, It says It was banned permanently and I don't know what happened. I'm the only one who uses the account on my PC and my Laptop. Can someone tell me what happened? I really need help, since I spent a lot of money on that account and I'm upset that it was decided to be permanently banned somehow and I didn't even use it after the 14 days ban. I've been trying to email riot, but I don't get any reply. It really confuses me how it got permanently banned before I even log on to it after the 14 days ban. I've been playing CS:GO now, I'm not hoping to get the account back, I just want to know what happened? Thank You if you ever read this! <3
