What do the banners in the loading screen mean?

I have a bronze banner in the top left corner of my picture in the loading screen. I heard that they're for honor, but I'm not sure which type specifically. What does it mean? Apparently your enemies and teammates cant see certain ones? Are they for limited time? I'm so lost.

Ribbons in the top right are for honor. Banners in the top left are for Champion Mastery.

Yeah mines bronze with gold wings and I’m pretty sure it’s cuz someone hired you
