@Riot - Quick Questions

Hello Rioters,

I have some quick questions for you which I feel are in line with how you'd like questions to be asked - simple and free of conflict.

1. For the Japanese server, will the English language be available to use? I feel that if English was available, that League of Legends could be a tool for Teaching English as a Second Language.

2. Given how snowbally games have been lately, will the option to surrender be reduced to 15 minutes?

3. Will the surrender vote ever be changed to a 50% +1 majority, ie: 3 votes in favour confirms the surrender?

4. If a surrender is rejected by 2 votes, can the in-game box be removed earlier to reduce visual distractions?

5. Will a topic on the Misc. section of the Boards ever be removed due to wrong section, as is the case with all the other sections?
