I have no idea why Riot hate this champion so much , while everyone screaming for some buff or give some love to this champion.
And now they just simply say his ult is too powerful in organized play and pro play , we gotta Nerf that to make the game more balance....
I wanna ask "A global ult can be used on a single ally champion ONLY with 2-3 minutes CD, make Shen a busted champion???"

Welcome to one of the most nerfed champion in the game since his release. Its okey, I doubt Riot will keep him in the gutter like they did 3 years ago. They will probably remove some strength from ult ( cooldown ) and add something somewhere else in his kit less meaningful in pro plays like HP% missing health back on his Q maybe?
He's completely balanced around competitive, and will always be because of his ult, which is 'too core to his identity' to remove. Either deal with it and play a weak soloqueue champion, or convince Riot to change his R.
