I feel Riot has forgotten about poor little Taric. RIOT FIND TARIC. He is sad!

They didnt forget him. Line for rework was: Poppy, Shen, Taric, Yorick. Poppy and Shen are done. Taric is next.
No one's forgotten about Taric ;) From what I've heard, his rework is practically almost finished!
