Has anyone had any bugs with opening chests?

After achieving an s- with Gragas in an ARAM. I managed to achieve a chest! After opening the chest I was offered a Legacy Skin - Annie Prom Queen. Once I unlocked the skin with enough essence, the skin was no where to be seen. :( I was extremely disappointed as Annie is one of my favorite champs to play.

If anyone knows how to fix this or has any prior knowledge of how to deal with this please let me know.

Try reloading your client.
