Does anyone else play worse when they only play League?

Lately I haven't been playing ANY other games besides League and I honestly feel like I'm getting worse and worse at the game. I'm not sure if it's just me that experiences it. I start to take the game way more serious and tilt so god damn hard.

i used to play a ton of osu, and it kept my reaction times and accuracy up. ever since my mouse broke and i had to switch to this wireless one though, osu is just unplayable for me, and i do notice a difference

I would consider Osu as a great way to increase reaction time! Faker (SK Telecom T1) himself always plays games like this, although not osu, even though I don't remember the name of the game, the jisk of it was a fast pace game requiring a fast reaction time. (He was dodging bullets shot from a box of cereal?)

What you're doing wrong is not playing only league. It is most likely you're playing too much league. On top of league, you should consider eating right, exercising, and perform activities that use other parts of your brain. This helps you with decision making and map awareness; if this doesn't work, consider reflecting... always think to yourself "what did I do wrong?" and "how can I improve in my gameplay". And lastly, because you're in solo quene although team composition is important... playing what you're best at is probably the better option; however, if your champ pool is vast, that's great! You can fulfill both team comp and have confidence in your mechanics.

Final note: If you find yourself getting stuck in Diamond V, it just means that you're not reflecting and instead you're regurgitating the same play-style over and over. Try watching professional gameplay and compare it with your own.
