Bugged---Support Items

Hey guys, I don't know if any of you main support have noticed, but there seems to be a bug in shop for new support items (relic shield, spellthief, ancient coin). They are the same price but sometimes when i get them, i can buy 1 normal ward, sometimes 2 normal wards. Any of you noticing this? or it is just me that's blind?

are you using the mastery where you are starting out with more gold??
