Rent to Own Champs

Now I was not completely sure where to post this so I put it under miscellaneous. I was thinking maybe Riot could introduce a Rent To Own feature on Champions. Like say I personally Really wanna play Rumble, so I go to the store and see his prices 4800 IP 880 RP. Now this can be accomplished with a grinding session. But I was thinking, What if you had a program that allowed someone to pay 1200 IP to rent the 4800 Champion, and every time they got another 1200 IP it could be paid on the champion. However if the person Did not like the champ they could stop paying, only thing is you can never rent that champion again, and if you were to actually want the champion, you would have to pay for the full price upfront, I think this would allow other players who just started out to be able to try new champs and pay four 1/4 full price payments. Now this was just and Idea I had after TF2 had introduced it for weapons. Because these three, are champions I would love to play but they are all very expensive.
