Butcher Urgot?

I've noticed that the "Halloween" skins have reappeared in the store and while Butcher Urgot isn't exactly a Halloween skin, I figured it would be there as, well, it seems like it would make sense.

This may seem a bit silly since there's so few Urgot players overall, but I was really looking forward to being able to grab this skin. Is it straight up retired forever or is there a certain time it comes back?

As it is a Legacy skin, there is a chance for it to come back. Riot does open the Legacy vault for the non-seasonal skins about twice a year. However, there is no set time that Riot does this, so you just have to keep an eye out for it.

I don't know when it will ever be coming back to the store but you can still get it through Hextech Crafting.
