What should one do in a situation like this? The fourth pick threatened to troll and afk because our first pick locked in mid. I'm pretty sure it is pick order, SO why do people do this? This forced me to dodge.

Communication > Pick order > Call order

This happens to everyone once in a while, just get though it and play the next game. The world is not a perfect place.

Um actually calling it is Communication. They are saying what they want. Pick order is always the go to. [Aka if there is an argument pick order reigns.] Do not post things with other peoples names in it unless you blur it or are reporting them [in which case use support not forums for that] So its actually Pick order>Call aka Pick order reigns supreme but if you communicate and figure out a way where everyone gets a role they like then you may default to it instead.
