Why am I constantly going against level 30 players?

Literally every match (I'm serious... LITERALLY every one) I'm going against people who are not only level 30, but are gold, platinum, and sometimes even diamond elo in solo queue. This is beyond frustrating, I'm queueing solo as a level 29 player and I'm going against people with 1500 wins under their belt... this is the opposite of enjoyable. I don't want to crush noobs all day, but I'd like to have a shot at winning every freaking once in a while.

there matchmaking isnt the best, but its hard to work on since so many things need to be into consideration. While you are level 29. you are probably going against high level, played matches players because the people they are queued up with are really low in levels. so it tries to even the level out. its a crappy way of doing it but that is the best they can do for now. its a shame that people can queue up like that!
