Whats with the league players now...

Was trying to play an ordinary match, a person said mid or afk, so I let him get the role. Immediately afterward, he says hes going to "go balls deep in my mother's mouth and tries to link us to pr0n or something of that sort,(didn't check, he was being nasty) and he took poppy which he didn't know how to play, and took ghost revive. I had to dodge because of this nasty gremlin. Will anything be done to these people or will they keep roaming Summoner's Rift?
