thats why its so hard for me to get into animoos very intensely cause i know when its done i will be a husk for about a week

Yeah I hate that feeling. I hate it so much that recently I've just been overloading myself with new stuff to do so that I always have something new when I finish one. It's kind of frustrating sometimes because I'll want to play League, but feel guilty because I just bought Tomb Raider, and kind of want to play Fire Emblem, but also want to watch some new TV series. But I like that feeling a lot more than running out of things to do.
