Okay so i recently had my account banned for oweing them $10 in chargeback fines . so i did ass the email said but instead of pay pal i just bought an RP card the amount i owed . They told me to send in a "ticket" containing my email address of the acct , user name , Summoner Name & the code of rp card - Title it Chargeback fees or something that . They said it will be 24-48 hours before the respond . Its been longer then that & im just wondering if i did it correctly ? PLEASE HELP season 1 account to much time effort and money to give up on

Support is known to be pretty slow sometimes, though Ive never personally had to wait more than a day or two. I think they may also be slammed because they just updated the punishment system which seems to cause a flood of tickets.

Unless what you did wrong was not actually submit the ticket you just need to wait, other wise you would have had a response with w/e is wrong.
