A proposition about the ranked restricted punishment.

Since I have been ranked restricted for 35 games 5 days ago or so, I have experienced the punishment and I will try to explain why I think it is a bad solution. The first one is that the toxicity in normal draft is now over 9000. I am now forced to mute everybody. People flame and flame over and over. Some may say, why are you complaining you deserved that you were a toxic player too. Well of course i might have deserved that, but you are missing the point, the punishment is supposed to makes you better, but currently, people are way more toxic in normal draft, and it doesnt help at all. If I am forced to chatban everybody, let's think about people that want to play a normal draft for its competitive aspect. I think that if you wanna make a low priority Q as it is done in Dota, then do it instead of forcing people to go to normal draft. I think a week ban would be more productive than 35 win in normal draft.Now I have a simple question, why are the game you play in normal forced to be victory, why do I have to win 35 games instead of playing 70 games ? If it is to prevent troll, I think it is pretty smart. Finally, I would like to thank Riot for your work, I have been playing your game for 4 years or so and he is still interesting, keep up the good work, but bring back tribunal, I dont think automatic ban is a good idea, remember skynet !!!!!
