Can we get Hextech key bundles?

We have heard from Riot recently that increasing the cap of dropped keys per month would be too costly in the amount of free content people would get. This is fine and completely understandable, however with over 130 champs you can earn 130+ chests per year however only 4 keys per month, meaning you can open 48 chests like that. Now thats ok because most of the player base won't be playing and excess of 48 champs but I have been stuck in the situation where I have 22 chests and no keys. Currently you can buy individual keys for ~125rp, which feels really bad to buy them one at a time. In all of the bundles that save money you get the chests and keys, i think it would be cool to be able to purchase a ten key bundle for say 1100rp-? or a 20 key bundle for 2000rp. Would mean I could clear the excess chests I have that at this rate will always sit there. Anyways just a thought maybe people would purchase it but let me know.
