Riot, please allow the dedicated veterans of league buy skins, like everyone can, but just make skins available for purchase in the store for a LARGE amount of IP. The veterans have nothing to do now with their IP. I want to see Riot Games allow this. It makes total sense. 
I think the trash skins like chromas and just bad selling skins should be worth ip. But Greedy companys will be greedy so i dont see that happening. I mean look how long it took to lower the price of STANDARD runes and not even all of them... still cant buy or change runes in game so we have to buy rune pages. That would be good if people in charge cared about more than money or sales not their players like they actually should, it would be perfectly justifiable and great for players and probably greedl0rds too since people will play more since ip gains are cancerous as well (^:
