Shen - In low elo Gold and lower, players do not or ever use Shen ult correctly or even know his ult exist Tryndamere - Forget that his ult allow him not to die from 5-7 sec Aatrox Zac Yorick Anivia - Champion that people play against and sometime don't know or forget. They have passive/ult that allow them to come back to lives Morgana - I've seen many people use Morg black shield and sometime they would use it on themselves or team mate against a Zed or Cait ult. Black Shield only block magic damage and source of cc Alistar - You barely see anyone who knows how to use Ali combo correctly or even pull it off Trundle Kindred Olaf Volibear Rengar Jax Elise Hecarim - These jungle Champ or for most of them, you should never duel them especially not if there ahead Malzahar - Really, all you need is QSS to really beat Malz. TBH I play against lots of Malz and they rely heavily on their ult to ever kill one single target. QSS don't just take off his ult, it takes off all his suppress and even his silence and his infects Warwick Udyr Rengar MasterYi - Jungle Champ that most low elo wait till 6 and beyond to gank lane

Bard - Stare cluelessly at 3 maxed out shrines, doesnt walk over them to use them, Then flames Bard "crap support, hasnt healed me once". 3 Shrines still out 2 steps to the left. -also, Last hit ally, take the long way around, doesnt use magical journey right infront of them to escape enemies coming in for the kill "wtf bard, help me"

This is why I stopped taking summoner 7 when I support. Forces my adc to actually rely on the shrines and not completely ignore them just to flame me when summoner 7 is on cooldown about how I am not healing them.
