LAN client?

So about once every month my brother, some friends, and myself get together and have a LoL "LAN" party at his house. I was just wondering if there was maybe a way that Riot might be able to release a LAN based client so we could play on that instead of 10-15 people clogging up one persons internet?

When you open up your client on the top right you can switch to the LAN server. I am not sure if that is what you meant but there you go.... sorry if it doesn't help
